Struggling to understand how to motivate your board? Online Nonprofit Management courses are now available through Arizona State University Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. The course, NMI 111 – Impactful Board Governance, is part of their NMI Certification (Nonprofit Management) and is now open to registration. This course is designed to meet the needs of today’s nonprofit managers and offers a variety of instructional methods on understanding the core roles and responsibilities of board members, their role in developing an effective resource base, and the ultimate commitment to drive the organization’s success.
