We love this time of year. The seasonal change when the earth rests and takes a long deep breath before winter’s journey begins. Deep muted tones of purple and rust colored leaves stand as a pyramid on the lawn waiting for eventual pickup…or the mad rush of happy dogs toppling the autumn heap!
It’s also a time when we find ourselves scurrying to create memorable holidays. Sharing food with family and friends on Thanksgiving, braving long lines on Black Friday, and spending countless hours online for Cyber Monday. Today is Giving Tuesday. Let’s start a new tradition. The message to give back gets louder as holidays draw near…calls from the lonely, hungry, frightened, ill.
